Overview

One of our clients in the Plainfield area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing or assisting in the management of project planning and execution to ensure project success. The Project Manager will lead and assist in project-related meetings to ensure open communication between team members, key stakeholders, and management.

The Project Manager will prepare and communicate monthly project status, hand-off meetings, and weekly/monthly required communications. The Project Manager will also ensure project plans and appropriate reporting means are developed and communicated according to business standards.

Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For W2 consultants, a comprehensive benefits package is offered including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $45-50/hr on W2.

• Champion project planning processes, including scope and work definition
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost control measures
• Implement procurement/contracting strategies and oversee equipment/vendor selection
• Plan for start-up, commissioning, and integration processes

• Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and closing
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in project management software
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
