Overview
Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client near Avon, IN in search of an Office Manager. This is a full time, direct hire position working fully in office. If you feel you would be a good fit, apply today! Highly prefer candidates to have automotive industry experience.
Responsibilities- Handle Payroll, Accounts Payable, & Accounts Receivable
- Inventory control
- Assist with HR/Benefits
- Hold necessary office meetings
- Provide necessary training to office personnel
- Maintain corporate policy and procedures
- Reconcile all schedules
- Reconcile reserve statement and rebate/dealer money
- Preparation of monthly financial statement
