Shift Supervisor

Shift: 3rd Shift – Night Shift 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Competitive wages – salary negotiable.

This is a full-time on-site supervisor role located in Plainfield, IN at Integrity Rotational Molding. The supervisor will be responsible for teambuilding and overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency in the rotational molding process.

• Experience in manufacturing, plastic manufacturing or rotational molding industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
