Unit Manager – RN or LPN

Plainfield Care Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care, support staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. If you’re a compassionate leader who thrives in a team‑focused environment, we’d love to meet you!

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care on your unit
• Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with care planning, treatments, and resident/family communication
• Promote positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction

• Current RN or LPN license in Indiana
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
