Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekends
Join OPCO Skilled Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working weekends at Plainfield Health Care Center
.
- Shifts:
3:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Shifts:
7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
As a Weekend LPN
, you’ll deliver direct resident care, administer medications, and assist with day‑to‑day clinical operations. You’ll support CNAs, communicate with families, and ensure residents receive the highest level of compassionate care.
- Provide direct patient care following facility policies.
- Accurately administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants.
- Ensure positive resident experiences and clinical outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
- Current LPN license in Indiana (required)
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care experience (preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
