Registered Nurse (RN) – All Shifts – Car Don & Associates

Location: Plainfield, IN

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This involves delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Coordinate and perform nursing activities in your assigned section/unit during a designated shift.
• When the Director of Nursing and Administrator are absent, an RN on some shifts is responsible for facility operations.

• Current, valid RN state license.
• A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a long‑term living facility is a plus, but not required.
