As a Weekend RN
, you’ll ensure high-quality care for residents while leading and mentoring your team. You’ll oversee shift operations, communicate with physicians and families, and provide hands‑on nursing care in a compassionate, patient‑focused environment.

• Provide and supervise exceptional skilled nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to policy.
• Support and mentor nursing staff during your shift.
• Ensure positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow physician orders.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS/CPR certification (required)2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
