Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Consistently follow up with leads, past clients, and active prospects
  • Handle client communication through calls, texts, and emails
  • Nurture relationships and guide clients through every step of the buying/selling process
  • Assist in scheduling, showing homes, and hosting open houses
  • Write and negotiate contracts
  • Help oversee inspection and appraisal negotiations
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to every client, with the support of an experienced team behind you

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of organizing and maintaining the client database while working directly with a high-producing agent.
  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and efficiently with client requests and inquiries, supporting the buying and/or selling process.
  • Assess client needs and preferences and provide insights based on current real estate market trends.
  • Follow up with clients and deliver tailored property recommendations or relevant information to match their situation.
  • Generate business through personal efforts, including leveraging your sphere of influence, hosting open houses, and engaging with the community.
  • Focus on cultivating and strengthening relationships between clients and the team; this role is entirely centered on exceptional communication and service.
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes that align with buyers' needs and budgets, contributing to successful sales.
  • Support clients in writing offers and navigating closings to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Aid in the coordination of listings to maintain organized and efficient transactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client calls, texts, and emails to uphold outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
  • Must possess an active Indiana real estate license.
  • Reliable transportation and the flexibility to attend property showings as needed.
  • Resilient.

Compensation

$75,000 per year
