Keyholder Responsibilities:

• Communicate and motivate store teams to achieve business results
• Drive to meet Store Goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment
• Support a fashion-focused Lane Bryant shopping experience
• Support selling strategies and product knowledge
• Assist leadership in roles such as Store Manager, ASM, SL

Execution Tasks:

• Hold keys to open and close the store on low volume days
• Assist in merchandise and marketing execution
• Maintain brand standards and operational tasks
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies
• Provide excellent customer service and sell directly to customers

Talent Development:

• Coach associates to enhance shopping experience
• Assist in onboarding and training new and existing staff

Qualifications:

• Proven sales results
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 1-3 years retail experience; sales leadership preferred
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
• Operate tools and computerized registers
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
