Sales Advisor - Shops at Perry Crossing

Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to inform customers for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day will include the following responsibilities.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
• Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Follow best practice for in-store OMNI services and in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.)
• Support with opening and closing of the store
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
