AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, passionate about our products, and proud to represent our values and bring your real self to work each day.

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, adopting a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest fits to meet their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly support the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates to get the job done and foster a collaborative environment.
• Act with integrity, consistently following AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years old.
