We are looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our team on Mid Shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Performing preventative maintenance on forklifts, conveyor systems, carousels, and other machinery
• Maintaining lighting, exterior grounds (including gates and lights), and electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures or coordinating vendor repairs with the Facilities Supervisor
• Installing new electrical wiring, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting and repairing existing systems
• Performing interior painting and recommend requisitions for maintenance materials
• Inspecting electrical, HVAC, plumbing, conveyor, and other essential equipment on a scheduled basis
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment promptly
• Communicating with vendors and supplier representatives as needed
• Identifying and addressing safety hazards immediately
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and oversee capital and repair projects
• Following safe work practices and policies, including driving rules and hazardous materials handling
• Operating various hand and power tools in compliance with safety procedures

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ability to work independently

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $30.00/hr please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
