What you will do:

• Provide Coordination support to HVAC Install Department.
• Book/Schedule HVAC jobs, communicate with/update customers
• Order equipment/supplies for HVAC Install Jobs
• Communicate with technicians regularly to ensure they have required materials to complete the job
• Coordinate deliveries, pull/stage jobs as required.

What you will bring:

• Must have either warehouse or office/administrative experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, must be able to operate lift
• HVAC Install experience (Residential is preferred)
• Experience with service titan
• Valid Drivers License
