Salary & Incentives

• Average $101,000 annually plus travel incentive
• $5,000 retention bonus

Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on the work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home occasionally.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

• CDL Class A required.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency (required for compliance with federal law).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation, and drug screening.
• Regulated by the Department of Transportation; safety‑sensitive; ability to work in constant alertness and safe manner required.
• Ability to accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.

• Must be able to see and hear; vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjustment of focus.
• Must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, sit.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
