Temp-to-Hire Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Job Location:

700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Pay: $18.75/hr – with opportunities for increases at 6 months and 1 year

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (overtime required, including Saturday and Sunday)

Job Type:
Temp-to-hire – eligible for full‑time, permanent after a 90‑day probationary review

• Safely operate a hoist, turret truck, and/or stand‑up forklift
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory
• Perform case pick and full pallet pick duties as instructed
• Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedures

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Previous forklift experience – required
• Ability to work at heights of 20+ feet – required
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines – required
