Warehouse Associate Lead_Shift_

We are looking for someone who leads by example—delegating tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You’ll tackle challenges, maintain compliance, and foster a culture of safety and collaboration while driving performance and efficiency every day.

• Leadership & Delegation: Acts as the supervisor’s right hand, delegating tasks and managing operations in their absence.
• Operational Expertise: Oversees material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping parts, materials, and equipment.
• System Knowledge: Utilizes SAP and JIRA for inventory tracking, workflow management, and documentation accuracy.
• Equipment Proficiency: Safely operates and leads the use of an Order Picker, Reach Truck or Forklift.
• Process Accuracy: Verifies quantities, parts, destinations, and timing from source documents; ensures precision in shipping and receiving activities.

• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Addresses operational challenges and team conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Documentation & Compliance: Performs specialized clerical duties and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficient in SAP and JIRA for inventory and workflow management.
• Skilled in safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; able to make decisions independently.
• Knowledge of logistics, material handling, and compliance standards.
• Capable of coaching and developing team members to improve performance.

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
  
  Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
