• Pay: $18.75/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential – opportunity for increases at 6 months and 1 year
• Shift: Sunday‑Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am; overtime required, including Saturday and Sunday
• Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168
• Job Type: Temp‑to‑hire – eligible for full‑time, permanent status change after 90‑day probationary review

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate an order picker to pick full cases of product.
• Maintain accuracy by verifying book titles, quantities, and item conditions.
• Report missing inventory to supervisor or lead.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedures.

Qualified Candidates

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Previous order picker operator experience (required).
• Ability to work at heights of 20 ft+.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Commitment to follow all safety guidelines (required).
