Warehouse Order Puller – NAPA Auto Parts

Join NAPA Auto Parts in this full‑time order‑pulling role. The primary function is to expedite incoming and outgoing freight, including stocking, pulling, and staging. The shift is Monday‑Friday 6:00 am‑2:30 pm.

• Pull stock orders, put away merchandise, and perform general housekeeping.
• Inspect motorized and manual equipment daily (lift gate, pallet jack, hand truck, radio‑frequency scanner, printer).
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to maintain stock and a safe environment.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment at all times.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift and carry freight up to 60 lb on a regular basis; use mechanical aids for heavier items.
• Work on feet (standing and walking) throughout the shift.
• Perform bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and moving at a quick pace.
• Knowledge and competency in using warehouse computer and bar‑coding equipment.
• Follow instructions and complete required training.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• Meet or exceed applicable production standards and expectations.
