Forklift Driver – Distribution Center

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm M-F

Hourly Rate: $18.75

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver ready to take the next step in a fast-paced distribution environment? We’re hiring skilled professionals to join our high‑performing warehouse team. If you have hands‑on experience with turret reach forklifts, and counterbalance lifts, we want to hear from you!

• Safely operate gas or electric‑powered forklifts to move, load, stack, and unload raw materials, parts, and finished goods
• Transfer materials between warehouse storage and transport vehicles
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Maintain accurate inventory by tracking product movement and reporting discrepancies
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company procedures
• May assist in training or guiding less experienced team members
• Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
• Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues and recommend solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment
