We are currently seeking an individual for the Office Coordinator position. The candidate must be customer centric and willing to learn about new technologies and applications. We are willing to train on industry knowledge. Job responsibilities entail managing data and records, organizing and scheduling meetings and events and all other office type responsibilities. The candidate must be well organized and able to multitask, highly responsible and accurate.

Responsibilities
  • Manage data and records; organize and schedule meetings and events; perform other office duties as needed
  • Create and maintain confidential records, files, and databases requiring compilation of varied information in Salesforce
  • Prepare Customer POs and Invoices
  • Communicate with sales, other departments and clients regarding project status, shipments, invoices, and other sales related areas
  • Provide weekly reports
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth office operations
Skills and Requirements
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel (creating Excel formulas) and Power Point
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask to provide timely and effective administrative support
  • Experience creating and maintaining confidential records, files, and databases requiring compilation of varied information in Salesforce
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and calculation skills
  • Experience communicating with sales, other departments and clients regarding project status, shipments, invoices, and other sales related areas
  • Provides weekly reports
  • Self-motivated and driven
Education & Experience
  • Experience: 3-5 years of working experience preferred
  • Education: Bachelor s degree
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
