Salary: $63,500 — $72,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Elementary Teachers to join our partner school in Plainfield, NJ. We currently have openings for a 3rd Grade Teacher and a 5th Grade Teacher. The ideal candidates will foster a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all students. They will demonstrate strong instructional practices, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a genuine care for students and their families.

• Maintain a positive classroom culture where every student feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
• Build strong relationships with students and families to promote academic and personal growth.
• Design and facilitate rigorous, student-centered instruction in literacy, math, and social-emotional learning aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Plan and deliver differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with special education services, multilingual learners, and advanced students.
• Facilitate whole-group, small-group, and individual learning experiences that are engaging and motivating.
• Assess and analyze student progress to inform instruction, interventions, and enrichment opportunities.

• New Jersey Teacher Certification or Certificate of Eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience preferred.
