We are seeking a dynamic and passionate kindergarten teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals.
• Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives.
• Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning.
• Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures.

• Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification (or eligibility for certification).
• Must pass a criminal history background check.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
