The Regional Field Technician is responsible for maintaining all restaurant technology and servicing the essential functions of business operations. This role will utilize your expertise to provide support for restaurant technology encompassing: hardware and software development support tools for the corporate Support Center as well as all vendor partners. The position will also serve as a liaison between vendors and the Home Office.

The incumbent will work to avoid interruption in operations by maintaining the complex suite of systems that make up restaurant infrastructure. This position will also contribute to strategic planning efforts as White Castle continuously works to improve and innovate while supporting our brand.

• College degree or certification or a minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience is required;
• College degree in Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience of a minimum of 3-5 years is required;
• A minimum of 5 years in-depth knowledge of White Castles Operations and Procedures is required;
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Installation of LAN/CAT5 Networking, Cable Making & Wall Jack Termination, Audio Systems, PA Systems,
