A Civil Engineering company is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage site development projects, design stormwater management systems, and produce detailed engineering plans using industry-standard software. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Site Management
• Oversee day-to-day activities on project sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve field issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Stormwater Management
• Design and analyze stormwater systems in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for drainage systems.
• Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) and erosion control measures.
• Design & Drafting
• Develop detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD

• Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans for site development projects.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and client specifications.
• Project Coordination
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide technical support during project execution.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 4-8 years in civil/site design and stormwater management.

• Can't have more experience in construction inspection than in civil engineering.

$90,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary
