Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
- Implement skill-building and behavior intervention plans
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with families and clinical teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based settings
- All positions start part-time
- Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
- Minimum 6-month commitment required
- Education or early childhood development
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- After-school programs or camp counseling
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
