• Project:
  Outage Management System Application Support
• Scope: support of applications during critical weather conditions, reduction of the enhancement request backlog, application documentation, reducing ticket count and providing minor enhancements
• Provide trouble shooting and support to the OMS system for any issues
• Be adept with Incident management, Problem management and Change Management processes
• Understand the existing application from a functional and technical point of view and provide the solution accordingly
• Provide support and prepare technical documentation

• Work experience of around 5-10 years in projects involving L2/L3 support
• ITIL experience/certification preferred
• Knowledge on Outage Management System and Distributed Management System of Utilities
• Knowledge on SCADA, GIS will be an added advantage
