Job Description

* Job Description:

** A PCB, Final Visual Inspector is a quality control role that ensures fully manufactured circuit boards are free of defects before they ship to customers. Inspectors examine the boards under a microscope at high magnification to ensure all features meet our customers’ requirements.
*
* Responsibilities include:

*** Visual Inspection:
Examine bare boards under magnification (microscopes) for workmanship defects.
* Defect Detection:
Check for missing solder mask, features meet spec. board meets FFF.
* Coating and Surface Checks:
Inspect the board for scratches, warpage, pitting, and proper application of protective coatings.
* Quality Documentation:
Record inspection results, maintain accurate quality logs, and complete lot acceptance sheets.
* Non-Conformance Management:
Tag and report defective materials or parts that fail to meet industry and customer standards.

* Collaboration:

Work with production and engineering teams to address repeat defects and improve manufacturing yields.### Requirements
** Requirements:
*** HS Diploma or equivalent
* Good computer skills
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using a microscope or magnifying equipment.
* Good close-up vision (with or without corrective lenses).
* Occasional lifting of light materials or panels (up to 25 pounds).
** Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
