GP Mobile, one of the largest T-Mobile Premium Retailers in the US, is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. If you want to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast-paced environment, GP Mobile is the place to be! Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about the connected world, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building relationships with customers. This role involves learning and developing skills for advancement to Retail Associate Manager, including completing new employee training.
What You’ll Do
- Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Assist customers in their shopping journey, explore their needs, and demonstrate technology.
- Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
- Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
- Build relationships with team members and partner across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The Experience You’ll Bring

- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
