Exterior Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Exterior
Technician This position is headquarters out of our South Plainfield office, but will work at various sites throughout NJ

8-10 Years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems on the exterior of all buildings
• Able to perform carpentry, framing, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry & painting
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs
• Able to complete general maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Assist the maintenance Manager with organizing the property workload & supply orders as needed
• Assist with any other tasks that might be needed at the property

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in a related field
• Ability to read, write & speak English
• Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
