Part Time DSP

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. We're looking for someone who understands that showing up consistently, bringing a positive attitude, and genuinely caring can make a world of difference!

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Participate in games and academic activities, encouraging communication skills, listening to music, and engaging in activities he enjoys, such as car rides and trips to the park. Bring enthusiasm, encouragement, and a willingness to make everyday activities fun, engaging, and meaningful!
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. Your reliability and dedication will help create a positive, supportive, and consistent experience for the individual and family.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience Preferred
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00AM-4:00PM
Pay: 21-24/hr
