Accounting Manager

• Oversee monthly billing, financial reporting, and profit & loss statement preparation
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and financial analysis activities
• Direct accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure accurate financial operations
• Supervise and support a Bookkeeper and Purchasing Associate
• Identify, recommend, and implement accounting process improvements and efficiencies

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, senior accountant, or accounting management roles
• Strong proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing AP, AR, cash flow, and financial reporting processes
• Demonstrated history of career stability and long-term tenure with previous employers
