Summary of RoleThis role is for an experienced P&C Account Coordinator/Sr. Account Coordinator. You will support the Commercial Lines team on Property and Casualty (P&C) accounts, helping Client Services Managers and Account Executives to serve client accounts and maintain relationships. You will handle verbal, electronic, and written communications and administrative operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Gain exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attend meetings and calls with the Account Management team
- Assist the Account Management Team in preparing insurance for company proposal requests
- Perform policy checking, complete coverage checklists and coverage recommendation letters
- Create and maintain client files in the Agency Mgmt System-EPIC; verify rates, adjust for additional premium, expedite invoice
- Assist with billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel as needed
- Utilize administrative, operations, or client servicing experience
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Utilize knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent calendar management skills with meeting planning experience
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Attention to detail and follow-through; maintain a sense of urgency

- Weekly hybrid schedule from our Plainview site
- Two plus years of related P&C experience and/or training
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- Experience with EPIC or other agency management system required
Competitive salary $55,000–$65,000, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. Base salary will be determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and location. Additional incentives may be available.
