Position Overview
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while delivering excellent customer service
- Answer questions professionally in person and correspond via telephone, mail or email
- Manage customer insurance coverages and escrow accounts
- Manage title lien and UCC filings
- Provide service on loan products and track various requirements for each
- Assist customers and loan officers with a variety of financial services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software and standard office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Banking experience preferred, but not required
