As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You will perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• Connect with customers in person, helping with technology challenges, casual conversations, and showcasing services and products.
• Help determine personal and business financial needs to reduce customer financial anxiety; collaborate with experts to guide customers toward their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
• Support customers across the branch, including cash handling and service needs, rotating throughout the branch based on customer needs.
• Enhance the overall retail customer experience by minimizing handoffs and positioning each Ambassador as an expert.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn about Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers appropriately.
• Be digitally savvy; educate customers on mobile and online banking, and how to navigate the branch’s laptops and iPads.
• Collaborate with a team of banking professionals and contribute to an energized, supportive environment.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement, using tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market as needed.

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience

• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. This salary information is provided solely for candidates hired to work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed number of hours to be regularly worked.
