Teacher Assistant – Autism Care Partners

Join our ACP Early Intervention team at Autism Care Partners and help bring our services to life. We are looking for friendly faces, positive attitudes, and playful personalities to support children and families in the Bronx.

• Arrive on time and prepare for daily sessions.
• Work collaboratively with a Head Classroom Teacher & Educational Director to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Complete session notes immediately after each session.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of students, their families, and the supervisor.
• Attend professional development training as required.
• Maintain professionalism and goal‑orientation in all aspects of your work.
• Possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college students pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Services, or ABA are preferred.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or in an early childhood setting.
• Ability to work closely with children aged 0‑3 years.
