Mercaz Academy is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher Assistant to join our team.

Mercaz Academy is an Orthodox Jewish preschool and elementary school dedicated to reaching out with our hearts and touching the hearts of others. Join a supportive school community where you can help our youngest learners grow, explore, and thrive.

• Help prepare and lead engaging classroom activities
• Support teachers and provide individual attention to students
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
• Work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and development
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

• Patience, enthusiasm, and the energy to work with active young children
• A commitment to helping every child feel supported and valued
• A desire to work as part of a caring team and community

• Monday-Thursday 10:00-4:00
• Friday 10:00-3:00

• This is a September - June position
