We are seeking a detail‑oriented Environmental Planner to support our civil land development projects. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and sustainable planning practices, helping our team navigate complex environmental challenges from concept through construction.

• Conduct environmental assessments for land development projects, including wetlands, floodplains, and stormwater impacts.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to federal, state, and local agencies.
• Review site plans to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate sustainable solutions.
• Communicate technical environmental information clearly to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental planning or consulting, preferably in land development.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
