More Than A Gym is a pediatric therapy sensory gym providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services through Early Intervention, CPSE, CSE, insurance, and private pay. We are seeking creative, passionate, and dedicated pediatric therapists to join our home care and school‑based team in a contract position. Contract therapists play a crucial role in supporting children’s development through home and school‑based therapy.

Adhering to professional standards, maintaining proper documentation, and collaborating with families and educators ensures effective service delivery.

Must have 1+ year professional experience in a pediatric setting.

• Provide therapy sessions in accordance with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to support therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Monitor and report on progress (Early Intervention progress reports every 6 months, CPSE annual reviews and quarterly markings, insurance progress reports as needed).

• Adhere to federal and state laws governing therapy services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Follow professional code of ethics as defined by respective professional organizations (APTA, AOTA, ASHA).
