We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Long Island, NY. The role offers a flexible schedule that meets your needs and provides an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Please apply below.

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on appropriate intervention strategies.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow the unique therapy plan established for each family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain child records in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

• Passion for working with children and families.
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1‑2 years of experience working with children (birth to 5 years preferred but not required).
• Self‑motivated team player with patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

• Ability to travel to and from assigned cases, including driving personal vehicle or using public transportation.
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, or crawl for extended periods.

• Flexible work schedule.
