Role OverviewAs a Delivery Associate, your primary responsibility is to successfully facilitate the delivery of customer vehicles. You will ensure vehicle readiness prior to the customer appointment, complete all required documentation, and walk owners through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle. Deliveries are tailored to the owner’s needs and may occur at a delivery center, virtually, or an off‑site location.
You also assist with lease‑end vehicle returns, scheduling grounding appointments and ensuring all documentation is properly completed and logged.
- Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries, communicating regularly with Sales Specialists to align on delivery readiness.
- Conduct pre‑delivery conversations with customers to confirm details and set clear expectations.
- Guide customers through key vehicle features and personalize the experience to their needs.
- Conduct post‑delivery conversations to address any questions after the vehicle handoff.
- Manage a pipeline of lease‑end customers, scheduling grounding appointments upon lease maturation.
- Conduct lease‑end vehicle intake appointments.
- Represent Lucid by articulating our technological, design, and quality advantages over competitors.
- Use Salesforce to document essential details such as inbound/outbound activity, delivery ceremony information, and specifications.
- Continuously refine and adapt your approach to enhance the customer experience, using feedback and outcomes as guideposts.
- Manage vehicle readiness for all deliveries, including final quality checks prior to handoff.
- Prep and stage vehicles in the delivery area before customer appointments.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and collect necessary documents to finalize delivery or lease return.
- Book and track final‑mile transport as necessary, coordinating with customers and carriers.
- Assist with daily operations as needed.
- 2‑5 years of customer‑facing professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem‑solve.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Preferred experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Comfort with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, sales, or a related discipline.
- Ability to engage authentically and courteously with all customers.
- Passion and enthusiasm for Lucid products and technology advances.
- Strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Ability to continuously refine engagement approaches based on customer feedback and outcomes.
- Strong independence in prioritizing and scheduling tasks with the delivery experience at the centre.
- Ownership and responsibility for studio assets, including high‑value customer vehicles.
- Passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
- Able to introduce customers to their vehicle and create a memorable orientation experience.
- Professional demeanor in managing customer feedback calmly and cordially.
- Urgent action and champions excellence in all company objectives.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
