Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Lead Generator (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing their skills in business development, sales, and communication. As a key player in our outreach efforts, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calling and engaging potential clients in a professional manner.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in B2B sales, CRM software, and inside sales environments within a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage potential customers through effective communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their fit with our offerings
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline
  • Assist in developing targeted outreach campaigns to expand market reach and increase engagement
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to support continuous improvement of sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience or familiarity with telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling and engage customers effectively
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
  • Basic understanding of technology sales, marketing, or technical sales concepts is desirable
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude toward business development and sales growth
