Job Title

Termite Technician – Rentokil

• Identify the customer's termite problems and use knowledge of termite behavior to determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to the customer, discuss procedures and advise on structural modifications when necessary.
• Verify job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services performed.

• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
• Prepare the job site for treatment.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Work comfortably 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces.
• Possess general labor, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience (plus).
• Work on roofs and high areas.
• Move frequently – sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

• Clean shaven face – required for rebreather fit.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience in termite control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility with working hours (Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division across all units).
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations (covered by Rentokil).
• Company vehicle and gas card provided.

Hourly: $17.00 – $20.40 (subject to geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Overtime, incentives, commissions, and route assignment may affect total earnings).
