• Diagnose and repair garage doors, door operators, springs, and related components on‑site.
• Educate customers about repair options and future maintenance to prevent problems.
• Sell service, repairs, and new equipment using a proven good/better/best model and collect payments.
• Manage inventory in your vehicle, ensuring all required tools and parts are available.

• Maximize your time by addressing customer needs efficiently, allowing you to control your income.
• Deliver quality work the first time, ensuring customers leave satisfied.
• Build customer trust and secure glowing reviews.
• Commit to safety while driving and working.

• Can lift 50 pounds independently.
• Can bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Can work in hot and cold conditions, both outside and inside garages.
• Has strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers.
• Works reliably and follows company procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

• Preference for experience in the garage door industry, but training is provided.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet; tech skills are essential.
• Proficient with hand tools and mechanical equipment operation.

• $30.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
