E-Commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager

Base pay range: $58,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr

We’re seeking an E-Commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fulfillment center. This role manages all aspects of pick, pack, and ship, leads a team of 4–6 associates, and maintains a smooth, accurate, and efficient operation. Our products include apparel, accessories, home goods, and food and beverage items, with a large amount of customer orders processed each month.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of warehouse workflow, inventory accuracy, and shipping quality. You’ll ensure the team stays productive, orders go out on time, and the warehouse remains organized and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment where daily execution is everything. ESSENTIAL

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put‑away, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate inventory and a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure high‑quality packing, exceptional attention to detail, and accurate order fulfillment to support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the packing of highly visible influencer packages.
• Monitor shipping accuracy, packaging standards, and carrier performance.
• Manage relationships with packaging and supply vendors to ensure availability of all necessary shipping materials.
• Implement quality control standards, including order accuracy checks, packing audits, and product condition reviews.
• Improve workflow efficiency and solve daily operational issues.

• 3+ years of warehouse or eCommerce fulfillment experience.
• Prior supervisor or manager experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of pick/pack workflows, inventory systems, and shipping processes.
• Experience with Shopify, Shipstation, and label printing software.
• Ability to use a computer for web‑based software and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on leadership style with solid communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on your feet, handle products, and support your team as needed.
• Ability to drive a forklift desired but not required.
• Work is on‑site in our Long Island, NY facility.
