Warehouse/ Administrative Assistant Job Summary
:

The warehouse admin will help with the data entry and administrative assistant work assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Warehouse/Administrative Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily purchase order receipts
• Daily scanning and filing pack list and certificate.
• Contact Vendors for pack list discrepancy or missing documentation.
• Issue Raw Material to a job in SAP
• Help to manage inventory in SAP.
• Providing tracking numbers to customers
• keep good records and keep track incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels.
• Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.

Necessary Education, Skills, and

Competencies:

• BS Degree in Logistics/supply chain
• Completion of High School diploma or GED
• certification in logistics/supply chain
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
