Key Responsibilities- Provide chairside dental services to patients in a correctional setting.
- Directly supervise dental staff, assigning work and evaluating performance.
- Train, motivate, and encourage team members to deliver excellent care.
- Address staff concerns, resolve problems, and maintain workplace standards.
- Utilize clinic resources productively.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Travel as needed to support dental services at other assigned units.
