LPN/LVN - Rural Health

Position for a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide nursing care in a rural health setting in Plainview, TX. The role includes administering care to patients within an assigned clinic and assisting clinic physicians. The nurse will work full‑time during day shifts and may be required to work weekends and holidays based on departmental needs.

• $6,000 Sign‑On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Hourly wage range: $22.76 – $34.82

• This is an on‑site position requiring regular daily presence at the Plainview facility.
• Candidate must reside within commutable distance of the Plainview, TX location.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs.
• Full‑time, day shift position.
• Coursework or training completed to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Upon hire:
  Texas License (Vocational Nurse) – Temporary.
• Upon hire:
  National License (Vocational Nurse Compact).
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 1‑year LVN experience.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical, patient‑centered nursing experience.
