• Administers nursing care to patients within an assigned clinic.
• Provides assistance to clinic physicians.

• Completed coursework/training to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• Upon hire:
  Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (Temporary) or National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification.
• 1‑year LVN experience.
• 6 months working in a clinical, patient‑centered capacity.

• Sign‑On Bonus: $6,000 for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Pay Range: $22.76 – $34.82 per hour (base only; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).

• This is an onsite position and must report onsite daily as scheduled.
• The location must be within a commutable distance of 2601 Dimmitt Rd, Plainview, TX.
• Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
