In this role, you will drive growth and foster strategic partnerships by leveraging market insights, strengthening client relationships, and implementing innovative strategies to expand our client base and support revenue goals.

- Focus on State and Local government initiatives to expand our public‑sector client base.
- Pursue new industrial customer opportunities through a cross‑functional business approach.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure client deliverables and expectations are met.
- Analyze market dynamics and competition to inform strategic planning.
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential clients and competitors.
- Pursue leads and manage timelines from initial contact through execution and close.
- Prepare growth and market reports; interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Generate, qualify, and manage warm leads to support long‑term business development goals.
- Support RFQ/RFP processes, including preparation and submission.
- Identify and recommend trade shows, industry events, and organizations for participation.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts and Loureiro leadership.
- Provide drive, initiative, and cross‑functional teamwork to achieve shared organizational goals.
- Perform other related work as apparent or assigned.

- An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Creative and strategic – someone who thinks outside the box to advance initiatives.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Focused on client service, quality, and long‑term relationship building.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
- Experience in business development, client engagement, or a related function preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Ability to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
