Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction — We are representing a growing heavy civil contractor in Connecticut that is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact role with an established firm that is expanding its design-build capabilities and managing projects in the $5M–$20M range.

• Lead day-to-day project management for heavy civil and infrastructure projects, including DOT and municipal work.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage and mentor project engineers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support the company’s growth strategy in civil and design-build markets.
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain the company’s reputation for quality, safety, and professionalism.

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience, with proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects.
• Background in DOT, sitework, utilities, bridges, or roadway construction preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Experience in design-build delivery methods a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
